Focused Academic Programs

TAGDev 2.0 is targeting 50 academic prioritized programs for training early- and mid-career students, offering short, targeted, competence-based skilling to out-of-school young women and men who are often excluded from participating actively in the economy. The prioritized academic programs include:

  • Agriculture - BSc. Agriculture, MSc. Food Security and Community Nutrition, and PhD in Agronomy;
  • Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship - BSc. Agri-entrepreneurship and Communication Management, BSc. Applied Economics,MSc. Agri-enterprise Development, and Masters of Intellectual Property;
  • Data Science - BSc., BSc. Technology in Software Engineering, and MSc. Collective Intelligence; and
  • STEM - MSc, BSc. Biosystems Engineering, BSc. Food Science and Technology, Biochemistry and Microbiology, BSc in Chemical Engineering, BSc. Meteorology and MSc. Climate Change
