Scale Job Creation

This outcome corresponds to two key activities;

  1. Strengthening curricula and teaching in agricultural universities and TVETs, and
  2. Establish/strengthen business incubation and innovation hubs in universities.

And It responds to three identified barriers namely;

  1. Traditional educational models at universities and TVETs inadequately equip young women and men with the requisite knowledge and skills to make them change agents in the agricultural sector;
  2. Policies, systems and practices in universities and TVETs do not enable these institutions to be transformative and;
  3. Limited university and TVET capacity for entrepreneurship education and commercialization of innovations into products and services
